In Greek mythology, a Dryad is a tree nymph or nature spirit that lives in trees and can take the form of a beautiful young woman. This painting is my interpretation of the gossamer garments of a dryad.
"Dryad" is an acrylic painting on a gallery wrapped canvas with gold foil edges.
