"Selkie"
In a further exploration of Myth & Folklore, I have been fascinated with the Celtic legend of the Selkie. A selkie is a mythical creature that can transform from a seal to a human. This painting is my vision of a "selkie" emerging from the deep blue and green sea.
"Selkie" is a 24"x36"" acrylic painting on a gallery wrapped canvas with gold foil edges.
